《比較法資料中心學術論文獎學金》比賽公告

◎ 主辦機構：國立臺北大學法律學院比較法資料中心
◎ 指導機構：國立臺北大學法律學院
◎ 參加對象：限本院大學部及進修部(含雙主修)在校學生，並應由一名本院專、兼任教師推薦並指導。

※比賽辦法※
◎ 論文題目：甄選論文以下列領域分為五組(皆含實體及訴訟法)，論文題目自訂：
1.公法學
2.民事法學
3.刑事法學
4.財經法學
5.基礎法學暨國際法學(含國際私法與國際公法)

◎ 論文字數：15,000至30,000字(含註釋)。


◎ 報名及論文收件方式：2015年2月24日(二)起至2015年3月20日(五)下午4點止，填送申請表並附論文一式三份，以書面送至比較法資料中心並將電子檔寄至complaw@mail.ntpu.edu.tw，主旨請註明『比較法資料中心學術論文比賽─交稿』。


◎ 國立臺北大學法律學院比較法資料中心學術論文獎學金實施辦法、論文格式參酌附件。


◎ 評選方式：由比較法資料中心召集學者專家評選，以決定各組獲獎同學名單。論文主題、字數或格式未符本辦法規定者，均不列入評選資格，評選最低門檻為70分。


◎ 錄取名額與獎勵： 
各組取優等一名，獎金新台幣6,000元、佳作數名，獎金新台幣1,000元，並頒發獎狀乙紙。各組獎金金額與名額得視經費實際狀況調整之。經錄取之論文將同時刊登於比較法資料中心網頁。得獎論文並將擇期舉行發表及頒獎典禮。

比較法資料中心徵求書籍編目工讀生2名

一、資格條件： 
本院學生，研究所或大學部不拘。 

二、工作待遇：
以時計酬，以學校工讀費時薪115元計算。 

三、招募名額： 
2名。 

四、工作內容： 
協助比較法中心圖書建檔、學習書目建檔、書目新增、圖書加工等事宜。 

五、工作時間
暫定2014/11開始一星期三個半天(半天為4小時)。

六、意者請於10/27中午12點前檢附附檔之申請表送至比較法資料中心櫃檯。

　　比較法將於6/24(二)舉行學術論文獎學金發表會暨頒獎典禮。
　　得獎同學將發表其得獎論文，並進行頒獎儀式，因場地限制，報名人數以20人為限，歡迎同學踴躍參加。

時間：中午12:00~13:00
地點：法學大樓521教室

比較法中心電腦室(1F35)即日起開放使用，時間為早上九點至下午五點，

比較法資料中心圖書借閱規則(103.4.16)

一、凡本院教師與研究生，得憑教師證或學生證向館員辦理借  書登記。

二、本中心藏書，除下列圖書資料外，均得外借：

1  雜誌期刊。

2  判例、判決彙編。

3  外文書籍。

4  教師授課用專書

三、每人借閱冊數以五冊為限，圖書資料借閱期限，研究生為七日，教師為三十日。

四、借閱期限屆期前，得辦理續借，每人得續借一次，續借期限研究生為七日，教師為三十日。但該圖書資料如有預約者，則不得辦理續借。

五、借閱人所借閱之圖書資料如逾期歸還，則停權六十日。

六、本館遇有清查、整理或裝訂圖書之必要時，得隨時索回借出之圖書資料。

七、教師與研究生離校前，無論所借圖書資料是否到期，均應一律歸還。

八、本規則自民國一○三年四月二十一日施行。
